The itinerary of each workshop will change during the year as we adapt and grow ourselves. We will cover topics such as the ones below but will adapt to cover what the attendees want on the day also. The day generally runs from 11am-4.30pm depending on location.

The Movement Method: What you'll learn

Gymnastic rings

Breaking down and exploring mobility based exercises including German Hangs and strength based exercises such as Levers and the Muscle-up.

Movement

Working from isolation; integration covering movements linked to many areas including crawling patterns, locomotion and dance.

Accessory, Flexibility, Structural Balance

The all important exercises and drills to ensure progression swiftly and safely.

Handstand

Developing the handstand from the ground up through firstly determining and understanding the terminology used. Wrist conditioning, hollow body alignment and flexibility coupled with wall drills are explored to build the foundations needed. We always strive for clients to achieve 'early wins' in their handstand journey. Therefore we focus on balance and control as much as possible, helping people to have that first 10 second hold at their finger tips!
